ZEBRA Printer Setup & Test

Please make sure your ZEBRA label printer is ready before the PPWR labeling system goes live.

⚠ If the ZEBRA printer driver is not installed on your PC yet, please install it in advance before continuing.
  1. Connect the ZEBRA printer to your PC with a USB cable. On Windows, the driver is usually installed automatically.
  2. If the printer driver was not installed automatically, install the ZEBRA driver for your printer model first.
  3. Download and install ZEBRA Browser Print below. It lets this web application send print jobs directly to your connected ZEBRA printer.
  4. Download ZEBRA Browser Print (Windows)
  5. After installation, ZEBRA Browser Print runs in the background. It should be detected automatically below. See the setup manual (PDF) for step-by-step instructions.
